MCCM Meeting Management is an independent, full-service PCO (Professional Conference Organizer) and biomedical education company.

Our conference management services are characterized by high quality, focus on customers' needs, attention to detail, and effective project management aimed at optimal planning of your event and timely delivery of all essential actvities. We operate in The Netherlands and abroad, and support both larger and smaller events, including (inter)national conferences, symposia, workshops, expert meetings, training courses, corporate events, and more.

Our biomedical education activities include designing and executing high-quality education programs for companies and organizations to help them educate their employees, customers and members. In addition, we provide independent educational activities on a subscription basis, relying on in-house and external academic expertise.

Not only do we provide the standard meeting support most PCOs offer, we also offer scientific content management of (bio)medical events, sponsoring acquisition for such meetings, and medical writing and communication support. This extensive scientific support package lowers the threshold for organisers of biomedical meetings to embark on executing their plans or take on a commitment toward their (bio)medical association or society.
